Customer Success Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience using social media websites, online tools, email and apps that link with AVANA platform.
  • Follow up frequently with customers throughout the life of their complaint resolution.
  • Able to deliver effective management of time and documents – especially when disputes arise.
  • Works with other teams (Marketing and Creative, Sales, Partnership) to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Manage support inquiries from general leads with the end goal to get them to subscribe.
  • Replying to incoming contacts, responding to complaints from consumers, informing the incoming contact, blasting promos (if we are running campaigns), following up customers, making sure they don’t have any difficulties in using AVANA.
  • Helping customers in filling website data (e.g. uploading photo products).
  • Stay up to date with AVANA’s promos, incentives, policies and procedures.
  • Strive to meet individual and team key performance metrics.
  • Be flexible in changing shift schedules and work during weekends and holidays.

People & Culture Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong AVANA branding as an employer.
  • Enhance Avangers wellbeing and morale via engagement activities and events.
  • Actively contribute to the talent acquisition process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation.
  • Lead employee onboarding process including employee onboarding.
  • Plan workshops to groom and upskill Avangers.
  • Work closely with People and Culture Manager for other ad-hoc tasks.

Special Projects Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research
      • Identify potential partnership opportunities by researching market/industry and keeping a close eye on key developments in the market.
      • Through market research, develop forward-thinking, creative marketing strategies aimed at generating leads, growing sales, and driving revenue.
  • Relationship management
      • Meet potential special projects clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging professional networks.
      • Assists special projects clients with any product related or operational request. 
      • Set up and maintain special project operations. 
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Students currently pursuing a Degree in Mass Comm, Marketing, Business Studies, or equivalent are welcomed to apply.
  • CGPA of 3.0 or above.

Business Development & Partnership Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and sign new partnerships with digital trainers, digital agencies, and corporations across the region.
  • Manage the pipeline of partners in all phases of our relationship; prospecting, onboarding, and growing.
  • Work cross-functionally and serve as the liaison between our partners, merchants, and AVANA management: product, customer service, merchant growth, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Execute projects from start to finish, including creating budgets to implementing timelines, aligning stakeholders, marketing collaterals, scheduling, executing, and measuring results.
  • Build models and SOPs to evaluate the impact of partner merchant operations initiatives to improve service levels and merchant engagement/retention
  • Communicate information to merchants and partners.
  • Work closely with Business Development & Partnerships Manager for other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Students currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent fields are welcomed to apply.
  • CGPA equivalent to 3.25 or above.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Operations Intern

Responsibilities: 

  • Execute brand activation programs that involve database management, SMS campaigns, telemarketing campaigns, and email campaigns.
  • Manage the pipeline of partners in all phases of our relationship; prospecting, onboarding, and growing.
  • Work cross-functionally and serve as the liaison between our partners, merchants and AVANA management: product, customer service, merchant growth, marketing, and sales teams.

  • Work closely with Team Lead for other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
