To set up your account profile, follow these steps:

1. Go to Profile

2. Click on Edit Profile

3. Edit your contact details (optional)

4. Click on Change Profile to customise your picture

5. Click on Save Profile

No. You can sell as many products as what your HQ permits.

To request commission payout, follow these steps:

1. Go to Profile

2. Click on Payout

3. Click on Request Payout 

To add your bank account details, follow these steps:

1. Go to Profile

2. Click on Bank Account

3. Click on Add New Bank Information

4. Enter your bank details

5. Click on Save Bank Information

Start selling on AVANA by following these steps:

1. Click on Share & Earn

2. Select a brand

3. Select a product and details

4. Click on Share

5. Complete the action by posting to a social media channel

Share & Earn is a feature that let’s you become an official reseller of local-branded products.

No. As a Reseller, you only need to share the product link on your social media accounts.

Based on your HQ, you will be assigned as a Dropship or Affiliate. The main difference is:

Affiliate: Your earning will be tracked based on orders via your customised link. You will see your account balance and request for payout once you have an earning.

Dropship: Your earnings will come directly from your customer payment to your account.

As a Reseller on AVANA, only your contact and bank account details are required. These details are necessary for transaction purposes.

To change language settings, follow these steps:

1. Go to Profile

2. Click on Change Language

3. Select the language of your choice

4. Click on Save

Currently, the language settings is available for AVANA app versions 2.0 and above.
